Welcome to week 35 of From Blogging to Jogging and as always, thank you to everyone who joined in last week.

I don’t know if it’s just the summer holidays but the numbers are dwindling and I really want to keep this awesome thing going! Any ideas? Let me know. I’ve been away a lot the last week or so, visiting friends and enjoying Carfest South, so although I’ve not been eating as well as usual, I haven’t stopped walking!
